If you would like to proceed with psychological therapy, please call our office on 0411 153 121 and arrange an appointment. If you go through to our voicemail, please leave a message. Your call is important, and we are committed to getting back to you.
During your initial phone call, we will take down some details, including whether you will attend under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), which can be obtained from your GP. You do not need one of these to attend psychological therapy. However, if you would like to make a claim through Medicare, you will need an MHCP and a referral to us before attending the appointment you wish to claim. If you don’t attend under an MHCP, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health insurer.

When you come to your appointment, you will need to bring your MHCP, your referral (if you have one), and any other paperwork. It is advisable to arrive a few minutes early, as your appointment will start at the scheduled time, and we want you to get the most out of your sessions.
Each appointment is approximately 50-55 minutes in length.
We are not a bulk billing practice and therefore the full session fee is due at the end of the session. We can, however, submit your Medicare claim online on your behalf if you would like us to. If you have a MHCP and referral you are currently entitled to a rebate of $149.05 for Clinical Psychologists and $89.65 for Registered Psychologists. You can claim rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year under your MHCP.
